Priority Mail's two to three day service commitments now will be extended to three to four days respectively. Customers will continue to receive end-to-end visibility and improved product tracking. First-Class Package Service (FCPS) three to five day service commitments will also be extended respectively.

Sisterlee Creation's average production timeline is 3 to 7+ business days on most products. Some products are further delayed noted on the individual product page. Bulk orders of $150+ is 5 to 9+ business days. The day an order is placed is day 0. The next business day is day 1 of the SLA.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All items are shipped via US Postal Service, UPS, or FedEx and/or its affiliates. Sisterlee Creations reserves the right to select an alternate carrier or shipping method (different from the carrier selected by you at checkout) so long as it does not result in an additional charge to you the customer, or result in the order being delayed beyond the parameters set forth below. Shipping times on personalized items and the “shipping date” are determined by the nature of the product.
Sisterlee Creations does not guarantee estimated shipping carrier timelines. Domestic shipments generally arrive at their desired location within 2 to 8 business days of the ship date, depending on the shipping method you select. All delivery timelines listed at checkout are estimates only and may vary. Shipping carriers may experience delays that are beyond the estimated arrival date. Sisterlee Creations has no control over shipping carrier delays. Sisterlee Creations cannot replace an order or refund shipping fees due to delays once an order is in the carrier's possession. If a carrier experiences mass carrier delays, we will convey the information we receive via email. DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING
If your item(s) is damaged during transit, please notify us within 5 Business Days. Upon approval of your claim, your replacement item will be replaced and shipped ASAP.
APPROVED ORDERS

Due to variations in print material or computer monitor settings, we cannot guarantee your color will be an exact match. Color variance should be expected. Colors may vary on different materials. The materials are completely different and may vary in color even when submitting the same color.
REPLACEMENTS
If a product is deemed defective, a complete inspection of products returned will take place to determine the authentication of a request. If an item is approved for replacement, the original sales order receipt/number must accompany the item being returned. Items that are replaced will be identical to the original order and have the same design unless it is determined by the company that a change would be beneficial.​
RETIRED PRODUCTS
Sisterlee Creations will not claim responsibility for any items that may become retired or completely discontinued without notice.
product warranty
Sisterlee Creations will warrant manufacturer defects for items returned for replacement or repair within 7 days of product delivery date. Items that are defective may only be replaced with the same product and design. Sometimes there will be variations in shape, color, and size of personalized products.
Items will not be refunded, replaced or exchanged if it is determined that the product is damaged by common discoloring or normal wear. Sisterlee Creations reserves the right to examine each item that is being returned. Under certain circumstances, you may be contacted to discuss the damaged product(s).
payment, pricing & promotions
Sisterlee Creations reserves the right to have periodic promotions throughout the year. Discounts apply to regular priced items within the guidelines of the promotion. Discounts will be applied to your cart subtotal before taxes and shipping. Applicable taxes and fees will still be applied. The discount is only valid for the dates listed on the promo. You may redeem one promotion code per order.
