CAN I CHANGE ANY PHOTO(S) FOR MY OWN?

Yes! Any design with a picture can be customized with your own. You can email all photos to sisterleedesignsco@gmail.com after checkout.

CAN I CHANGE THE COLORS ON MY BUSINESS CARD?

Of course! If you don't see a color option that fits your style just leave what color you'd prefer in the "custom text field" with your Rep Information.

WILL I SEE THE FINAL PRODUCT BEFORE PRINTING?

Sure thing! You'll receive an APPROVAL EMAIL within 24 hours after checkout. Please check your junk mail if you do not see it. You'll need to reply back if your proofs are ready to print. I will not print any customized products until approval is made.

WHAT'S THE TURNAROUND TIME?

Most asked question I get... All products are made to order so processing time is about 3 - 5 Business Days (Monday - Friday) after proof approval. 

*shipping time is varied between 2 - 4 Business Days.

DO YOU SHIP TO CANADA?

Absolutely! I can ship to Canada. Shipping prices vary depending on how large your order is but its usually between $9 - $48.Any item mailed to Canada may be subject to the Goods and Services Tax (GST) and/or duty. The price may vary  based on the value of the goods in Canadian funds.

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

Personalized items that have your personal information on them like business cards or catalog labels are non-refundable.  Any other item with custom colors or designs are also not valid for return.

(Non-Personalized Items Only)You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Labels:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable.

Refunds:

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. Clearance Items are final sale (non-refundable)
